Since we established in 2001, residential lettings have always been at the heart of everything we do. By specialising, you can be assured we're also dedicated to delivering a service that's second to none.

With scores of managed properties throughout South Lakeland and North Lancashire, it’s safe to say that Turner Scott really do understand what a quality letting service looks like.

By talking to our landlords and tenants, listening to their feedback and understanding their needs, we’ve adapted and evolved our proposition accordingly. Consistently delivering on our word and providing a quality residential lettings service is something that, through application of time and experience, Turner Scott achieve.

It may be a cliché, but it really is our people who make us stand out: experience, qualifications, professionalism but most of all their understanding and approachability. When you let your property through Turner Scott, you always know you’re in the safest hands around.

What if things go wrong?

We consider always ourselves fair and diligent in our dealings with both landlords and tenants. It would be nice to say that things never go wrong, but that simply wouldn’t be true - every once in a while problems are bound to arise, it’s inevitable. In the past decade we’ve encountered problems from the banal to the bizarre, the mundane and the massive, from leaking roofs and burst pipes to electricity pylons interfering with personal wellbeing.

What’s really important is how a business reacts when things go wrong and Turner Scott have an excellent track record of dealing with all issues we’re presented with. If we’re at fault, we hold our hand up and put it right. If it’s not, we’ll still work to ensure it gets resolved as swiftly and amicably as possible.

If at any point you’re not satisfied, we have a formal complaint procedure through to director level and, ultimately, to the Property Ombudsman.
