What if things go wrong?

We consider always ourselves fair and diligent in our dealings with both landlords and tenants. It would be nice to say that things never go wrong, but that simply wouldn’t be true - every once in a while problems are bound to arise, it’s inevitable. In the past decade we’ve encountered problems from the banal to the bizarre, the mundane and the massive, from leaking roofs and burst pipes to electricity pylons interfering with personal wellbeing.

What’s really important is how a business reacts when things go wrong and Turner Scott have an excellent track record of dealing with all issues we’re presented with. If we’re at fault, we hold our hand up and put it right. If it’s not, we’ll still work to ensure it gets resolved as swiftly and amicably as possible.

If at any point you’re not satisfied, we have a formal complaint procedure through to director level and, ultimately, to the Property Ombudsman.

Turner Scott Ltd is a member of a Client Money Protection scheme, CM Protect. This means that Turner Scott Ltd has arranged Client Money Protection Insurance for the benefit of their landlord and tenant clients so that in the event of theft or misappropriation of these monies by the owners of the business, they have a way of recovering their monies.
